C5: GO LIVE

In this session, which is about checklists, scenario planning and contingencies, we will be looking at what it takes to go live with a project.

The topics include: the 7-step project checklist before kick-off, training teams and timelines, blame-storming versus brainstorming, and how to phase in a project.

We will also cover why it’s necessary to have a Plan B and be able to pivot quickly. This will also include what-ifs and scenario planning, unforeseen challenges, maintaining clear lines of responsibilities, supporting staff and contingencies.
