Let’s dive into our first Lesson: Change Management 101. In this section, we’re going to cover what change management is, how it fits into your business, the challenge your business faces and why you need to actively manage change.

We are going to be looking at some of the change management models and theory, the pros and cons of change management as well as what agile change means in the digital era.
