B8: STRATEGY AND STABILITY

In this section we move onto the final pillar, Strategy.

There are three areas in this lesson: Strategy, financing and budgets, and measuring for stability

In the first section we look at various strategic frameworks that could be useful to you in formulating your strategy. Some we have done before in Module A, or the earlier lessons of Module B, but all are so useful: it is up to you to decide what works best for your needs.

We examine some of the ins and outs of finance and budgets, and lastly
we look at stability: for many of you, success is simply about surviving, rather than thriving: and at Women in News, we have been working on a Stability tracker to help you measure your progress across the pillars we have worked with throughout this module. We hope you find this useful, and invite you to engage with us on using it more formally in your own businesses.
