B2: CUSTOMER (External)
In this lesson, we will cover the first of the 5 pillars of Deloittes Digital Maturity Model – Customer – with a focus on “external” customers – this refers to the marketplace in which you are operating.
It is important to fully understand the parameters of your market and audience before you can forge forward with a legitimate strategy.
In Section 1, we will look at your external (macro) marketplace and where to find appropriate research.
In Section 2, we will look at the importance of and methodology of research for planning, and in Section 3 the intersection between tech, infrastructure and the consumer.
